SMEEA Vision Statement
The Santa Maria Elementary Education Association works to improve the career standards for all members. We focus on training, safeguarding, and backing our professionals while championing student dignity and rights within the Santa Maria Bonita School District community. Our organization stands as a pillar of strength for families.

We provide our union members with resources to protect their rights.

We fight for the legal protections and wellbeing of our members.
Visibility
We push for equitable labor deals and career respect to ensure our workforce is truly appreciated and secure.
Our union fights for the professional rights of educators in Santa Maria Bonita, knowing that teacher working conditions are student learning conditions. By securing fair contracts and academic freedom, we empower our members to provide the high-quality education every child deserves.

As we begin a new school year, I want to welcome every member of SMEEA back to the important work we do every day for our students and our community.
